The Midwest meets the Sunshine State in this Florida villa refresh. Perched on a golf course, the home got a bright update with new paint, new floors, new countertops, backsplash and carefully selected lighting. As a second residence, the goal was to make it feel like a natural extension of their Carmel home, warm, comfortable and unmistakably Midwest at its core. A familiar, grounded sensibility under the Florida sun.
